Project Description
This project was used to enable an accessibility evaluation of four transit scenarios, followed by an assessment of the value capture potential for a whole rail corridor in Melbourne. The project objective was to enable the Local Governments within the catchment for the Doncaster Rail project to develop a technical understanding of the project opportunities, the economic benefits and financial cash flow model provided by each corridor scenario for the project to be considered a viable project by all three tiers of Government.
