Project Description
This project included the development of a comprehensive property value based hedonic model for Metropolitan Perth, which modelled the effect of proximity to transit on property values. This project was undertaken in partnership with the Western Australian Treasury Corporation (WATC) and fed into the State Government financial business case for the Stirling Alliance project.
